I am being treated with Orencia for rheumatoid arthritis. Is there any risk with that treatment for my prostate cancer or the treatment of my prostate cancer. Don’t know if that makes sense.

My husband’s cancer tumor was diagnosed in 2017 – an advanced and highly aggressive Stage 3a, PiRads 5 malignant Adenocarcinoma with a Gleason score of 9. The tumor had left the prostate. We were very fortunate to have caught it when we did, before it was able to spread through the lymph nodes and metastasize. This is why his medical oncologist told him he was sitting on a ticking time bomb. He is getting his PSA checked in a couple of weeks at CTCA Zion Illinois.
